If you guessed “Outrageous Discrimination Against People with Genital Herpes”, you guessed right! These five rogue states have introduced laws that make living with genital herpes – and other STIs – a perilous task indeed.

Before I go on, yes, you’re right: technically, this should all be part of Herpes and the Law. But the information is just so outrageously insane that I felt it deserved its own section. So outrageously discriminatory that I feel we should be trying to do something about it. So read on!
